OMG, itโ€™s finally happening โ€” TWICE is coming to Germany! ๐Ÿ˜ After touring all over Asia and Oceania this year, our girls are bringing their โ€œTHIS IS FORโ€ World Tour 2025-2026 to Europe, and yesโ€ฆ Germany is on the list! ๐ŸŽ‰ I am surprised by this news!

ONCE(Their fan club name) has been waiting for this moment ever since the Ready to Be tour, when TWICE performed in Berlin back in 2023. And now, two years later, theyโ€™re returning โ€” bigger, better, and stronger than ever! ๐Ÿ’ช Anyone who missed the tour, this is now!

When I was a university student, I liked Twice and their music so much. Especially “Cheer Up” and every their music was top hit in Korea. I loved Chaeyoung and Mina, and all members are still so pretty. 20.10.25 was their 10th debut anniversary.. Amazing!๐Ÿ’–

๐ŸŽ€ Who Is TWICE?

TWICE is a South Korean girl group under JYP Entertainment, made up of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo(leader), Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. The group was formed through the reality survival show SIXTEEN in 2015. They officially debuted on October 20, 2015, with their first mini-album The Story Begins and the title track โ€œLike OOH-AHH.โ€ I personally think their debut song is the most amazing. I still enjoy listening to โ€œLike OOH-AHHโ€ even these days.

The name TWICE has a meaning: they aim to touch fans twice โ€” once through their music (ears) and once through their visuals (eyes).

๐Ÿ“€ Albums & Hit Songs

Since debut, TWICE has released numerous EPs, full albums, and Japanese releases. Some of their major works and songs include:

  • The Story Begins (2015) โ€” debut EP with โ€œLike OOH-AHHโ€
  • Twicetagram (2017) โ€” their first full Korean studio album; its lead single โ€œLikeyโ€ topped both the Billboard World Albums and World Digital Song Sales charts.
  • EPs like What Is Love?, Fancy You, Feel Special, More & More, Eyes Wide Open etc.
  • The single โ€œThe Feelsโ€ (2021) was their first official English track, and it charted on the US Billboard Hot 100 and in the UK.
  • In 2024, With YOU-th debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, marking a big milestone for them.

๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท In Korea

TWICEโ€™s rise in Korea was relatively fast. In 2016, they released the song โ€œCheer Upโ€, which hit No. 1 on Koreaโ€™s Gaon Digital Chart and became one of the biggest hits of the year, when I was university student. They followed that with โ€œTTโ€ (from their EP Twicecoaster: Lane 1) which stayed atop the charts for four straight weeks. Their music was so popular in Korea that there is no one who doesn’t listen to the music. Because of these hits, they rapidly became one of Koreaโ€™s top girl groups.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ In the U.S.

Their U.S. popularity grew more gradually. TWICE began making major moves in the U.S. with โ€œThe Feelsโ€ in 2021, which entered the Billboard Hot 100.Also, their albums started charting on the Billboard 200. By 2025, their album This Is For landed at No. 6 on the Billboard 200. After the release of the Netflix movie K-pop Demon Hunters, TWICE took part in one of its songs, and their popularity has been rising even more!

Theyโ€™ve built a global fanbase (ONCE) and now tour internationally โ€” not just in Asia, but in the U.S., Europe, etc

I personally went to the Uber Arena in Berlin last year to visit IU’s concert. The location was amazing. The concert ticket is over 100 EUR and not really so cheap, but we don’t know when we can meet TWICE in Germany again.โ˜บ๏ธ
